The Gateway Hotel in my opinion is the best hotel on earth. Not only its very attractive, the service is phenomenal! They work for 15 hrs a day with no break and they look like fresh humans who had just had a holiday, they smile, they help and its soo welcoming!

The rooms are very moderate, the size is ok bathrooms are good. The food and restaurants are lovely but very expensive. Everyday me and Sahi used to go to breakfast and they help so much and they help with things they don’t need to help us with!

The other expensive but the best thing about this hotel was the car hire and the 3 drivers and the manager of the car hire. They are so friendly and they don’t need to be because they its just hiring a car their no need for service and very friendly service.

The other best thing about this hotel is the swimming pool on the roof top. Its very clean and the man who is their 24/7 to help with anything really has a lot of patience. Because of the hot weather nobody really swims, so its usually empty but he still stands and as far as I have seen I think that he does not sit down.

The lobby down stairs is really nice. They have 2 restaurants next to it. The 2nd floor has more restaurants and a bar. The 3rd has conference rooms, business meetings and that sort of stuff.

Then the 4th, 5th and 6th floor has rooms the 6th floor has master suits and premiere bedrooms for V.I.P. Finally the 7th floor has a swimming pool on the roof top and a gym. The hotel looks really nice and the layout is really easy to remember even though the hotel is really big.

The room size is good. But the bathrooms are excellent. The shower room is really big you can like fit 5 people in it and still have space to move around and every time you go out and its time to clean the room, its spotless they even fold clothes which have been left out side!

The food in the restaurants are ok. But it wasn’t worth what we were paying for. The food was not authentic like Indian food. It was a bit sweet and sometimes bland. But it was always fresh and hot. The best food item was watermelon juice. It was so refreshing and so sweat and nice, the best thing bout this is they don’t add any sugar, I guess they don’t need to cause Indian watermelons are very sweet, fresh and large!
