In the morning I woke up really late because I was  kept awake by last night’s fireworks. But it was kinda worth it because they were really colour full to watch. And after I got up and brushed and stuff I talked to my Grandma and Granddad. It lasted about 10 mins.

LAKESIDE

Then we were getting ready to go to lakeside. We thought that it would be fun to go to lakeside today because it was new year and they might have some fun things there! When we reached there we saw no sign of decoration or no trace of "special day". I thought that they might be at least Christmas decorations, but I think that they took them off as soon as boxing day was finished. But it was alright we weren’t disappointed because we didn’t want to come to lakeside just for the decorations! We didn’t really buy anything we were just window shopping, there wasn’t anything needed to buy urgently! We didn’t walk a lot but we felt really tired after 10, 20 mins after because we were constantly walking.

BEE MOVIE

After going to lakeside we stopped at McDonald’s and took a little snack for me and Sahi. Then we went to Showcase cinemas. We watched The Bee Movie. I really didn’t like it that much. It disappointed me actually because I expected more of it. And it was really really silly, I don’t want to tell you the story but it wasn’t really realistic like most movies. It didn’t make sense, the story wasn’t good, the animation wasn’t that impressive and it didn’t make SENSE! I wasn’t really jumping up and down after the movie because I really didn’t like it that much. And the jokes weren’t THAT funny.  Even my mum and my dad didn’t like it. Sahi got bored after a few mins and started running up and down the room.
