Chinese Noodles

Ingredients
- A packet of noodles (Any type *egg would be best)
- **1 Red Pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Corriander (To taste)
- *Chilli Powder (1/2 a teaspoon)
- *Soya Sauce
- Lemon
- *Olive oil
- Chicken stock (1 cube)
- *Chicken or Suasages (Meatballs can also be used)
- Mushroom
- Peas
- *Ginger (A pinch)
- Chillies (Also can use *Chillies in Vinegar)
- *Salt (To taste)
Process
- Cook the noodles in the amount of water is needed. (Put more water if you want soup).
- Marinate the chicken or suaceages with Chillie powder, olive oil, corriander, Soya Suace, Lemon and a pinch of ginger.
- When the noodles are done add: Chillie powder, Olive oil, Soya suace and lemon to the water and noodles. Mix well.
- After the Meat has been marinated *Can be left overnight* Cook it with garlic.
- Add Mushrooms and peppers to the meat and cook well.
- Fold in the meat, mushrooms and peppers into the noodles. Strir well.
- Boil peas and add to noodles.
- Add salt to taste
